real estate, advertising, public relations. Wendt graduated from the Reppert School of Auctioneering in 1986, and is licensed and bonded and
actively working in 21 states.
Wendt is known throughout the nation as a premier purebred livestock
auctioneer, conducting more than 125 nationwide auctions each year, and
the national auctioneer
for the National Swine Registry. He is also a Broker/Auctioneer
specializing in Agricultural Real Estate and Equipment Auctions, where he has
conducted more than 2000 auctions since 1986.

Megan
L. Wendt is a 1999 graduate of The Ohio State University
majoring in history. She is manager of the Livestock Marketing
and Web Site arms of The Wendt Group, Inc.
She also handles all advertising,
marketing and photography for the company and handles the computer clerking
programs.
Megan serves as Project Director
for the School of Urban Studies. She oversees a youth program that includes
grade school, middle school, high school, and college young adult programs
and service learning projects.
She is currently a member of the
Joshua Team which is a national Christian Youth Leadership Council comprised
of 12 individuals throughout the county dedicated to Christian youth education,
discipleship, leadership, and missions.
Luke
Bowman serves as a marketing consultant in affiliation with The
Wendt Group. He will coordinate and consult for all sales that take
place on, and are managed by ETCOW.com. In addition, his duties allow
him to work in promotions through campaigning ETCOW.com production
sales at many of the nation’s major beef expos and shows.
He is a 2005 graduate of Purdue University, where he received a B.S. in Agricultural Education. While at Purdue, Luke was a member of the 2004 Purdue Livestock Judging Team. He is currently teaching high school agriculture at Union City Community High School.
Luke joins the team with a great knowledge of the purebred beef industry. He understands the goals and ideals of both commercial applications producers and show ring enthusiasts. He served 2 years on the American Junior Shorthorn Board of Directors. Luke comes from a small beef operation, where he and his father raise nearly 100 head of purebred Shorthorns. He currently resides near the small town of Greens Fork in east central Indiana.
Kim
West serves as web designer and communications consultant for
ETCow.com. She is the owner of Kwest
Communications, a graphic design and web site design business located near Cincinnati,
Ohio. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Agriculture
Communication. She served as Director of Communications for the Ohio Pork
Producers Council for five years before beginning her freelance services.

Agrimarketing, Ohio Livestock Environmental Assurance Program, and International

Kim brings a solid agricultural background to her customers. She grew up on a
farrow-to-finish swine operation, raised horses and exhibited market steers in
4-H. She currently resides with her husband, Jim, and their two children, Cameron
and Zach, in Blanchester, Ohio.
