TABASCO

Tabasco is our new, line bred, solid red, junior herd sire that excites us more and more everyday. He is from the famed Ohlde beef herd in Kansas that is known for producing exceptionally maternal beef cattle that are unparalleled in feed efficiency. Tabasco's dam, Jazzy 250J is a model beef cow. She also happens to be the dam of Jake's Proud Jazz 266L. In addition, he is sired by 'Prince of Jazz' who happens to be Ohlde's replacement for Proud Jazz. Tabasco is power-packed calving easy bull with a fresh, yet predicatable pedigree. Our first calves came easy in the Spring of '09 and they are very stylish and stout. Quickly and easily this replacement for his great sire. There are a lot of Dunbeacon Venture sons out there. Governor most resembles the power, the form and the function of Venture.  Wait until his daughters hit production, they will be worth their weight in gold. We mated a fair portion of the breds in the BSG offering directly to Governor. His phenotype and 80 pound actual birth weight have us excited about the cattle he will produce from the females in F2F.
